Sublimation print

Sublimation print is an advanced method that enables full-colour branding with excellent quality. By sublimating the colour pigments at a high temperature, the image is precisely transferred to the material. This guarantees the reproduction of details with unparalleled accuracy. Because the ink penetrates the structure of the material, the effects are permanent, fade-resistant and abrasion-resistant. The technique is mainly used on white materials, to which we can apply multicoloured designs. The resulting prints are vivid and undistorted by the background. It is also possible to print on coloured materials, in which case, however, we recommend using a black overprint.

Perfect for: synthetic fabrics (polyester, cotton-blend polyester, microfibre)

Screen printing

Screen printing is a branding technique that transfers ink to a surface using a screen die. Known for its durability and ability to print on a variety of surfaces. Depending on the number of colours in the graphic, each colour requires a separate matrix, making this technique the most cost-effective for large print runs. In addition, screen printing allows for clear and durable design

Perfect for: cotton and polyester products

Product examples:

Pad printing

Pad printing is particularly suitable for printing on three-dimensional and smooth objects where traditional print methods, such as screen printing or offset printing, may be more difficult or impossible to apply. A special pad gently picks up the ink from the die plate and transfers it to hard-to-reach and irregular surfaces. This results in crisp detail and accurate colour reproduction, even on small products.

Perfect for: notebooks, crayons, pens

Product examples:

Digital print – DTF

Digital print is a technology that allows branding directly on the surface of fabrics, without the additional use of stencils or plates. This allows flexibility and speed in the production process and the production of small quantities or single copies with minimal preparation costs.

Perfect for: printing on cotton or textile accessories

Product examples:

Latex print

Latex print is an innovative method that allows direct printing onto fabrics. Due to its flexibility, it allows large areas to be marked, with the design being permanently embedded into the fabric fibres, maintaining the natural texture and breathability of the fabric. This method of branding guarantees clear colours, detail reproduction and durability, creating high-quality prints on a wide variety of fabrics.

Perfect for: graphics applied to outdoor conditions

Product examples:

  • Blinds
  • Wallpapers
  • Stickers
  • Paintings
  • Vehicles

Engraving

Engraving is a precise branding technique for advertising materials. It is particularly suitable for single-colour designs. The laser gently removes or alters the surface of the material, creating a permanent and elegant effect. Details are reproduced accurately and durability ensures that the print remains intact for a long time.

Perfect for: wood, metal, glass products

Product examples:

Embroidery

Embroidery is a unique branding technique, characterised by durability and resistance to washing, abrasion and fading. The embroidered design creates a three-dimensional effect and, thanks to the use of durable threads, retains its quality and colour intensity even after many laundries. It is well suited for marking large print runs due to the high unit cost of marking.

Perfect for: sweatshirts, t-shirts, towels

Product examples:

Doming

Doming is a technique that involves creating three-dimensional stickers or labels that are coated with a transparent polyurethane resin to give them a raised effect. The resin layer not only protects the print or logo underneath, but also gives the product a unique look and noticeable texture.

Perfect for: key rings, ski passes, USB memory sticks

Product examples:

  • Lanyards with skipass
  • 3D stickers
  • Skipasses with stickers

Hot stamping

Hot stamping is a specialised embossing technique that involves transferring metallic or coloured foil to a surface using heat and pressure. In this process, an embossed design or logo is stamped onto the material using a stamp and foil. The heat and pressure cause the foil to adhere to the material and thus the design is transferred. The hot stamping technique is highly precise and efficient. It is used to give products an elegant and durable finish and to add aesthetic value.

  • Business cards
  • Clothes
  • Gift wrapping

UV LED print

UV LED print is an advanced marking method that involves using special inks to print onto a material and then hardening them using UV light. The hardening process ensures that the print is durable and resistant to abrasion and fading, making it ideal for many applications. This technique enables full-colour marking, while details and colours are reproduced accurately.
