Recruitment process

Step 1 – Submit Your CV

Find a job opening that interests you on our recruitment portal or social media channels and send us your application along with your CV. Our HR team carefully analyzes your experience, competencies, and education. If you meet our requirements, we will contact you by email or phone to invite you to the next stage.

Step 2 – First Interview

We’ll invite you to our office for the first meeting. During the interview, we’ll discuss your skills, experience, and career goals, as well as provide details about the company and the position. We’ll also talk about your availability and salary expectations.

Step 3 – Second Interview & Practical Task

If your profile stands out, you will be invited to a second interview at our headquarters. In some cases, a practical task may be required to assess your skills in the context of the role. Details of the assignment will be provided in advance.

Step 4 – Final Decision

After the interviews and task evaluation, we will make a final decision regarding employment. If you are selected, we will present you with an offer and begin the pre-onboarding process.
