A prestigious honour. The PZITB Third-Degree Award
Our general contractor, Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo-Usługowe Budownictwa ŁUCZ-BUD Sp. z o.o., has received the Third-Degree Award in the “Construction of the Year 2024” competition. This is a prestigious, nationwide contest organised by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians (PZITB), designed to celebrate the highest standards of workmanship, innovation, and project management in the industry. The award was granted for the reconstruction and expansion of a commercial and service building at 4 Dębowa Street in Radom. Our new, state-of-the-art factory.
What defines a facility worthy of such acclaim?
A factory with a soul. Fusing a century of heritage with advanced technology
The modern AMGS Group production plant, officially inaugurated on August 10, 2024, is located in the industrial district of Radom. We embarked on an investment of a unique nature: the comprehensive modernisation of a building over 100 years old, formerly the Karsch family tannery.
Conducted under the supervision of a heritage conservator, the redevelopment was a significant undertaking. The project’s success lies in its ability to preserve the building’s historic architectural character while seamlessly integrating the most advanced technological solutions.
The 1,630 m² facility houses not only our continuously expanding machine park but also a representative office designed for the comfort of our team and guests. The interiors are finished to a premium standard, featuring building automation, modern HVAC systems, and a glass elevator. Meticulous attention was paid to the unique decor, which combines industrial concrete with the warmth of wood and celebrates local identity through artistic murals.
