Preparation of files

Our orders are fully personalized. Send us your company logo, advertising slogan, photo or graphic pattern, and we will select the appropriate printing technique and place it on any products.

1. Accepted graphic file formats

To speed up the production process, prepare a graphic file for us in one of two formats:

*.cdr (CorelDraw version 18),
* .pdf (Adobe Reader).

We also accept the following formats:

* .ai (Adobe Illustrator) to version CS5,
*.eps (Encapsulated Post Script),
*.psd,
*.bmp,
*.tif,
*.jpg,
*.png.

In the case of uploading files in .ai. / Eps / .cdr formats, please provide a preview file (bitmap) in advance.

If you want to put a photo or a bitmap on the product, please send it to us with a resolution of min. 300 DPI.

2. Vector graphics and bitmap (raster graphics)

A bitmap (raster graphic) is a digital image composed of a two-dimensional grid of colored pixels. The more pixels there are in one inch of an image (DPI), the higher the quality of the graphics.

In the case of vector graphics, however, the image is mathematically defined, resulting from the shaping of geometric objects, such as curves and polygons. While bitmap enlargement results in the deterioration of the image quality (e.g. reduced sharpness), vector graphics allow you to freely enlarge and reduce its area (scaling) without losing high quality.

3. Visual effects and printing separation

It happens that the special effects applied to the graphics (e.g. transparency, shadows, lens effect) are discolored incorrectly. In such cases, the print on the product may be slightly different from the design. To avoid this problem, convert the objects with effects to a 300 DPI CMYK bitmap in PNG format. This is a format that allows the transparency effect to be displayed correctly.

4. Fonts

If you have such a possibility, before sending us the graphic file, replace all fonts in it with curves (vectors). Also remember not to include a font that is too small in the design. The font height should be at least 2 mm. If it is smaller, some of the signs printed on the product may turn out to be illegible (the final effect will depend on the colors used, font thickness and other variables).

Note: If you want to find out if the print on the product will be sufficiently clear, ask us to make a sample before processing your order.

5. Colors

There are cases where the colors on the printout and the computer screen look slightly different. Also, the appearance of colors is not always the same on different screens. If you want to accurately determine the color shade, use the PANTONE Plus Solid Coated color chart (give us its number).

Note: If you have not specified the colors according to the PANTONE pattern, and the sent file contains bitmaps, we will not be able to accept any possible color claims. If you send us a graphic file as a bitmap, we will not be able to choose a color from the PANTONE palette.

6. Color symbols

CMYK is a set of four basic printing inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). RGB is another color space model that consists of three elements: R (Red), G (Green), and B (Blue). However, there are shades that cannot be determined with either CMYK or RGB. These are special colors, created in the PANTONE scale.

Note: If making prints on some products requires the usage of special templates, you will find them in the product cards in our store.
