Sublimation is a technology where the dye penetrates directly into the structure of the polyester fibres. This guarantees photographic quality and the highest resistance to abrasion, fading, or ironing. The colors remain saturated throughout the product’s lifespan.

3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ for ready-made designs is determined individually, depending on stock levels. Please contact us to prepare a precise calculation tailored to your volume.

4. How are the ribbons packaged (sold)?

The satin ribbons are wound on practical rolls (spools) of 10 meters. This packaging method significantly facilitates the work of logistics departments or agencies when packing a larger number of gifts. For large orders we can adjust the roll length to the project’s specifics.

5. What does the reverse side of the ribbon look like?

We use classic polyester satin, which has a glossy top side (for the print) and a back side. The print itself is one-sided and applied to the glossy side. Dye-sublimation is a process where the dye penetrates deep into the material. Due to the high-quality, delicate weave of the satin, the design from the main side is also subtly visible (shows through) on the reverse side. This is a natural characteristic of this technology on such a fine material and attests to the deep saturation of the colours.
